PRIP Management

 

PRIP Trust has a concrete structure for governance and management of its own. PRIP is governed by its registered constitution and is managed by the strategic and operational policies and procedures with a clear focus and emphasis on participatory and democratic approach for running organizational activities. To give a clear idea about the management of the organization the hierarchy of governance and management are depicted in the following few words.

 

 

 

Trustee Board:

PRIP is governed by the Trustee Board consisting of 10 members. The Trustee Board members meet quarterly to oversee organizational performance. The present honorable Trustee Board members are

Team and Department: The Executive Director is appointed by the Trustee Board and is treated as the Chief of the internal management. The overall activities of PRIP are implemented by few departments such as Finance and Administration, Training, Monitoring and Evaluation, NGO Coordination, Gender and Governance.

 

 

Senior Management Team: In order to increase coordination among the different departments of the organization, a committee comprising all the departmental heads is formed in the name of Senior Management Team (SMT).

 

 

Staff members: The main strength of PRIP’s management is a bank of qualified and committed staff having long experiences in working with different national and international organizations. PRIP is well known in the development sector as a capacity building service provider and its staff members have required experiences and proven expertise in providing training and consultation services both in the private and public sectors.
